Just getting legs moving. Of course, I'm biking 8 miles a day on top of any running, so I'm still getting something.
Good run.
12 miles at under 7:30 pace and then 1 mile easy. Felt really good about this pace at this point.
I went 10.5, but trying to incorporate some longer hills.
