10 out and back.  The first five were in 42:15 and the last 5 in 38:19.  A little faster than on Saturday, so that was nice.

10 miles total.  The first 2.5 were in 19:50.  Then I did 6 in 44 with the last mile in 6:11 and then an easy 1.5 mile cooldown.  Total for 10 miles was 1:19:20, which is faster than the last few 10 milers I've done.  I feel good about how things are going at this stage.  I just want to keep building for the next little while as the quarter/grading winds down.  Then I'll be off to England to present at a couple conferences and I should have a lot of time to run.  Then I'll be back to California to teach for a month in July, but the summer session is a little more laid back (even though it is more condensed), so training should be good.

The first 2 were pretty easy, then I went a little harder the next 10 (74:10 total with the last mile in 6:08). I'm happy with where I am right now as far as training goes.
