It was a really nice run this morning down the Victoria trail and back.  No stroller today, as the boys and Anna are out of town for a few days.  Much easier to go without a double stroller (but not as much fun either).   I'm going to be working to get pretty consistent miles over the next while, so if anyone's following me (which I don't think anyone is), keep me to it.

A timely first view of your blog! I see you've got great times in the past. What kind of consistent mileage are you shooting for in the next while?

Thanks for the comment! I'd like to have a solid base of 40ish miles/week for the next little bit. For me, 40-50 is a nice base that I can build on when I want to race again. But it's also not so many miles that it starts to eat into other things.

Nice! That's exactly the base I want to get to for my paltry speed. But if I can be 40-50 per week for a year or so I think I could hit some decent times and maybe a BQ.
