After a 1.5 mile warmup, I did 3 x 1 mile repeats in 6:22, 6:26, 6:34. After each mile, I did about 2/3 mile recovery and then finished with another mile or so in the fivefingers to cool down. This was a good first speed workout. I have quite a bit of speed to regain (and then improve on), but it takes a few sessions and continued decent mileage to get that going again. Today was a good start. |
