I went on a 5.5 mile run up to Kiwanis Park and back via Seven Peaks. Then I did 1-mile and 2 400s (5:47, 73, 76). I'd like to pare down the mile pace. And I think continuing with mile repeats and throwing in more 400s and 800s will help with that. Even more, though, I just need to continue increasing my miles and getting in consistent training. |
