I met the group at the SJ soccer fields. We warmed up for 4 easy miles. Then we did a 4 mile tempo run (it was really more of a progressive run). Those miles were 8:27, 8:10, 7:45 and 7:15. Then 3 easy miles to cool down. My left knee started hurting really bad after the tempo, but it seemed okay after a mile or so of the cool down. |
