8 on the parkway. Slipping a bit. I think I have my next running goal about nailed down.

10 more on the parkway. Trying to get the legs back by next Saturday's 32 miler at Liberty park
10 miles of foxy loops. Great solo morning with the snow falling. Each loop is 1.5 miles and previous footprints were completely covered every 2 laps.
Good loop practice for next week's 22 lap fun at Liberty Park.
