8.25 easy around the neighborhood and then out on the parkway.

Track workout tomorrow and long run with tempo on Saturday. Hoping the tempo feels alright. It has been a while since I have run any miles strung together at my marathon pace.

Are you running your track workout early tomorrow? If you can swing it, come run with me a little later at 9:45 at Cottonwood.

Saturday's long run is going to be epic...and by epic I mean we'll probably want to puke.

Keep in mind that there is a difference between current marathon pace and goal marathon pace. Try to go off effort. The pace will come with time.

Let me know your plans for the run on Saturday, I may be able to join you. That is if I am welcome to come and can hang with you.
