A.M. - 60 minutes on the Life Centre treadmill: 5 minutes @ 9.5 mph, flat 5 mins @ 10.0, flat 40 mins @ 10.0, progressive inclines, 5 mins each at: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 2.5 mins @ 10.0, flat 2.5 mins @ 10.5, flat 2.5 mins @ 11.0, flat 2.5 mins @ 11.5, flat The incline section felt too easy. I normally would have struggled pretty hard with this. I wasn't using my normal treadmill this morning, so I question whether the incline settings were accurate. After the run, I walked on the machine and messed with the incline settings. It seemed to be working, but it just didn't feel right. I'm not in very good shape right now and with all the junk I've been eating lately, this incline should have done me in. |
