5 minutes @ 9.5 mph, flat 5 mins @ 10.0, flat 20 mins @ 10.0 progressive inclines with 3 mins each at 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 and 5 mins at 3.5 5 mins @ 10.0, flat 3 mins @ 10.0, 1.0 incline 3 mins @ 10.0, 1.5 (nature break.... far too common occurence lately... ) 14 mins @ 10.0 progressive inclines with 3 mins each at 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 5 mins at 3.5 5 mins flat with 1 min each at 10.0, 10.5, 11.0, 11.5 and 12.0
P.M. - Millcreek ride (~40 miles). Got a late start and got drizzled on just a little bit towards the end, but it actually felt nice. Good afternoon for a ride. |
