P.M. - Yes, PM. After another brutal night, I missed my morning run. So I made it to the gym afterwork. Energy and legs were surprisingly good. Can't say so much for the GI system, which is often the case when I run in the afternoons. Made it as far as my bowels would let me at 11.0. Then finished up relatively easy after a short nature break. Definitely could have finished stronger if it hadn't been for the GI.

Just glad to have gotten a run in today.
Love the Kinvara's for the TM, but for some reason they're much noiser (slap, slap, slap!) then most of my other shoes when on the mill. I tend not to wear them much anymore because I'm afraid I bother people. The Adios Boost work great though.
