A.M. - Treadmill run again. 60 minutes:
5 minutes @ 9.5 mph, flat 5 mins @ 10.0, flat 17.5 mins @ 10.0, with 3 minute inclines of 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 and 2.5 mins at 3.5. Couldn't stick 5 mins at the 3.5 like I wanted to
7.5 mins @ 10.0, flat 15 mins @ 10.5, flat 10 mins @ 11.0, flat
Better than yesterday, but not quite what I'd hoped for. I normally don't like doing the 20 min progressive hill set so close to a race, but I was a little peeved about yesterday (I'll have to stay peeved until the next try too since I didn't hit it again). It shouldn't really matter though come Saturday. |
