A.M. - 60 minutes on the treadmill:
5 minutes @ 9.5 mph, flat 5 @ 10.0, flat 20 mins @ 10.0, with 5 mins each at inclines of 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5 (was going to try and stick it out for 5 more each at 3.0 and 3.5, but wasn't feeling it today, so decided to wuss-out) 5 mins @ 10.0, flat 5 mins @ 10.5, flat 5 mins @ 10.0, 1.5 incline 5 mins @ 10.0, 2.0 incline 2.5 mins @ 10.0, flat 2.5 mins @ 10.5, flat 2.5 mins @ 11.0, flat 2.5 mins @ 11.5, flat
+cool down, gravitron, and a pathetically short session of stretching. Besides not being able to stick the incline like I planned, still a good run. Felt good despite not having slept well last night. |
