I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Met Rebecca and Amanda for downhill mile repeats... WU 2 miles then TV-6:06/144, TV flatter 6:09/152, RC 6:05/149 felt good on these and was about 10 sec faster than a couple weeks ago:)

| Easy miles with Rebecca 8:11 avg pace.I'm kinda disappointed in the hoka Clifton's, while I love the shoe the bottoms have already worn completely down. I think a shoe should at least last 500 miles, I haven't even made it to 400 yet.
