Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

30 mins a piece on bike and elliptical medium workout. Then went to Jason s. again to do the muscle realignment feeling like it is working but will take a couple more times. My baby is sleeping so good at nights, last night he slept from 9:30 to 7 a.m. and I had to wake him up so I could feed him and get my kid ready for school. | Comments(3) |

Started with the bike for 40 mins and then did ellip for 20 and then went for a walk with the intent to run a bit. Running felt foreign and strange, like I had never ran a step in my life. I walked .25 and then ran .25 and so on. The second time running felt better, like my body was remembering how to do this. But this is going to take a while to be running any distance. Pubic bone felt good, sciatic and hammy on left felt achey and tight. WT upper |

| started on the bike easy for 30 mins and then went out with Brune and the baby for 3 miles. Half of that running, walked for .5 mile then ran for .75 walked and ran .50 walked and ran .25. Felt good and no pain in the pubic bone after yesterday, all though I have a long way to go I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. I still feel soreness/weakness in all the attachments. |
