I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Went out for a 2 mile walk. Then did 30 mins on the elliptical then I went to a massage therapist that does something called muscle realignment. Hoping this will help the sciatic and hamstring problem I have had for the last 2 years. |

| Easy 40 mins on the elliptical, all workouts will be shorter and easy this week while I am having this work done. I went for my 2nd treatment today the sciatic feel good but the neck was and is sore. I will go for my 3rd treatment next week. I am hoping to get some training on how to do the muscle realignment after the 1st of the year. He is wrighting a book right now and is going to train people when it is done. | Comments(3) |

Had no time to go for a walk, was up at PCMC all day with my daughter and was really tired when I got home at 6 o'clock. Will try today but don't be surprised if I can't fit it in. did 40 mins on the bike and weights upper, stretching. pm went out for a 2 mile walk, can walk faster than I did last week.

| 40 mins on the elliptical and then a 2 mile walk. Can tell I am getting better but don't feel like I can run yet but hopefully soon. Need to get some running shoes before I do, I am a little scared to run, it has been so long and I am afraid it will just hurt. |
