I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Got up and meet at Melody's and ran with the girls. First mile slow and then did a nice clip after that. Came home and got the kids off to school and then did the elliptical for 25 mins and did Abs/back and weights upper. 44:25/8:08 |

Warmed up just under 4 miles, feeling pretty good and felt like I was going to run a good 5k (which would be under 20 mins for me). The race starts right by the byu track and goes east up hill for about .6 of a mile and then has a good downhill section before flatening out and finish on the track for just under a lap. I felt fine until the last mile and then I don't know what happened. But I was disappointed to say the least. Then cooled down for some with my girls. 6:36, 6:25, 7:14, :48 Later did 30 mins on the elliptical
