Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 29, 21, 15 a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Met Melody and Melanie at the mouth we drove up to canyon glen ran up 2 then turned and did 3x2 with half mile jog back up the canyon. Felt good and a good workout for me. 1st set 6:29, 6:06 2nd set 6:23, 6:34 3rd set 6:31, 6:35 legs were beat the last mile but ran strong
Went to yoga and the teacher didn't show so I taught them did RIP class killer

| Started with HIIT, still sore but not as bad. Then met Janae and ran 10 @8:25 avg got hot!
