I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Warmed up on the spin bike for 30 min. doing climbing repeats, then went out and ran a flat loop from the rec center. 54:02/8:30 felt really good still holding back until I can build my mileage back up, this was hard today I just wated to run faster and faster. | Went to the rec center this morning and did 40 min on the elliptical and swam 10 laps. A little bit tired this morning. I'm trying to decide when to add in more days of running, I have felt good but I want to continue to feel good. Maybe next week? | Comments(2) |

| Ran th country club loop by myself felt awsome, ran how I felt and didn't try to hold back. Legs flet great. 1:00:04/8:18 avg. pace.
