I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

Feel pretty good after the marathon, I think it was a success:) A little tired this morning but no more than after a long run. Met Rachelle, Rebecca and Janae at the riverwoods and went up the cayon easy running.

| my aching big toe, it is bruised. This Grand slam is destroying my left foot. Met Rebecca and Melanie and ran a super hilly route, I mean steep long up hills I felt good and was able to push the uphill. 8:15 avg pace HiiT

| Met Melanie and Kendy at the mouth we drove up to the bottom of Vivian and ran up the road 2 miles. My planned workout was 5-7 mile repeats with 2 mile rest but I sucked beans today and my legs weren't having the fast stuff so I did 3x1mile at HMP and 2 miles at MP. 6:20, 6:03, 6:26 2 mile-6:47, 6:46 then ran easy until the last bit and picked it up 7:29/1:14:37 |

| Did my long run with Melanie and Rebecca today, I was so tired starting out we ran 8 up the canyon into southfork and back. Felt good coming down and progressivly picked it up to MP the last 2 which was 6:45's
