Got up for an easy run by myself. Felt better than I have which surpised me considering how crapy I felt on saturday. Just went from my house to the jogging path and back.

I am not getting enough sleep lately and it is starting to show in my faster workouts. I got up and 4:30 to meet early at Sasha's to get some miles in before we started, Michelle joined me after about a mile. Michelle was doing 3x2 miles, which is what I had anticipated, but had to be home early. I did 2x2, opted out of the last one because I was not able to hold a decent pace on the 2nd. Now I wish I would have at least done a mile or something. 11.4

Up super early 4:50am, struggled to get ready. I kept try to talk myself out of going out and just getting sleep. Nope had to be fanatic and go out and get in a unmotivated 10 miles. I did manage to squeak out a 3:07 800 around a track. Then I moved on, most of the run was painfully slow until the end when I started to feel somewhat decent and was able to do a couple of sub-8's. 1:29:02/8:41 wr(445.3)
Pm-Went down to will's pit stop and ran toward the canyon, should have started in the canyon it was so much cooler once you got to the mouth of the canyon. Ran a total of 6 miles, felt better even with the heat.

I slept in this morning, can you believe that. I got over 8.5 hours of sleep, WOW that is amazing. I took my kids up the canyon around 11:30, way to hot. I pushed my son in the jogger and my daughter was in her speedy wheelchair. Very nice slow run.

| Met Michelle, Adam, James, Matt, Merri and her friend at the mouth of Provo canyon. We went from the mouth up to the dam and back. I thought I was going to feel crappy but ended up having a great run. Mostly just ended up running with James after the first 6 miles. We progressivly got faster on the way down and he made me kick it up a gear or two the last half mile. We were running sub-6 pace the last little bit. Legs felt good and James kept me entertaned with stories the whole way. So the run went by really quick.
