I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Met with the orem girls to check out the 10k course up at Timpview. It is pretty sucky if you ask me. But I would probably feel different if I felt better and was in shape. I am still just feeling pretty yucky when I run. It was nice to run with the girls though. Came home and bike and stretched. 43:44/8:23 |

Got up and ran by myself. Felt better this morning, not great but better and good enough to hold a decent pace, was able to run a mile at 7:30 so I will count as a marathon pace mile. 1:07:02/8:04 |

Got up and met at Julie's house and we ran down to Melodie's house to run with her. Felt a little bit better this morning but leg tired from yesterday. Have not ran 4 day's in a row for a while. This month has really been a dud, but maybe if I start feeling better by SG I will be in decent shape and be able to run well instead of being totally burt out like I usually am. 58:02/8:10 Bike for 40 mins

Met McKenzie for a long run today in SF. We looped around the golf course and ran into the tail end of the race so we spent some time weaving in and out of runners. We picked up the pace for those miles and felt decent doing so (right around 7:30's). I actually felt all right for the run but was tired the last couple miles. Enjoyed the run cause I had great company:) 2:15:46/8:11
