I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

when I started out my UVM training I couldn't run due to a foot injury, I start out SGM training the same way. 12 weeks, if I can get 8-10 weeks of running I will run SG if not then I won't.

| Biked with Rebecca this morning, beautiful morning to be out. Went to dr B yesterday he said he has never seen plantar heal as fast as mine. But I still need to let it heal completely and to take 2 more week off which will be perfect timing to start training for SG.
HIIT most exercises with Cole on my back, the walking lunge was killer.

| Day 14 foot is still feeling good and still planning on taking some more time off:) Hard but I know it's the right thing to do. My goal "hope" is be running the week of the 28th.
Pool ran with Janae for about 70 mins, did some cannon balls and then swam some laps. first time ever i have been able to breath on my left side and it not feel wierd:)

| Day 17 some days my foot feels great and some both are achy, almost like I'm getting cramps in my feet.
40 mile bike ride on my own, went from my house up south fork, road the hill 2x then back home the long way. I always feel better the longer I go, just like running. 2:39
