I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Got up before 8 this morning to get out the door and take advantage of this cool morning. I had a great run minimal cramping in my feet and none in my calves, which is rare. It was a nice run. Came home and did WT upper and abs. |

| 27 weeks 3rd trimester yes!! Went up on the trails, it is so green and pretty up their. Had a good run although it is harder up at a higher elevation but I guess it always is no matter what. Very little walking on the up hill, just the super steep stuff where it is probably the same if you run or walk.

| I was tired today, probably form the heat. I went out at 9:30 and it was hot. I opted to just go short, legs tired and pubic bone a little sore. Came home and did 25 mins on the elliptical and abs plus some good stretching. |

| Went down to the jogging path at 9:30 and it was 54 degrees, thank you cool front. I was slow and tired starting and the slight up hill was hard but felt good going down. avg pace 9:50 |

| Woke up early to meet Michelle and McKenzie at the Payson pool to pool run for 63 mins. It was well pool running, had to let my belt out quite a bit from the last time I used it. I really enjoyed talking with the girls, I miss them. | Comments(3) |

Met at Luz's house and ran with her and Catherine on the river trail. I was so pretty down their. Really enjoyed the run and ran at a faster pace cause I was with people. My feet were the only thing that was buggy they were crampy the whole way, if it weren't for my feet I feel like I could have gone longer. But 6 was good:) 1:00:10/9:30
Off to california tomorrow morning. Will be back next friday. |
