I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

Ran a loop from my house, warmed up with about .25 of walking that seems to help. Pubic bone wasn't sore but feet were. WT upper

| 25 weeks Did my elliptical for 45 mins and then went out around the block for 2 miles with my son on his scooter.

| Ran a total of 5.5 but had my walking warmup and some other walking in there of .5 miles. Very tired at first but felt better esp. once i started heading down the canyon. Started at wills with brune, let him get in the river because it was to hot out for him. Broke out in hives after and my eyes are killing me, stupid allergies. |

Went out at 9 a.m. which ended up being way to hot for me. I did a little walking warmup before I ran, but was super tired. Came home and cooled off in front of the fan for about 10 mins and did 15 mins on the elliptical follow by WT upper and abs. weight is 145 lbs. which means I have gained 20 so far. I hope to make it another month running, we will see. |
