Last night Ericka came over and said she was running a free race today so I decided to do it too. Not having done anything fast in the last month i was not really sure how I would feel or do but I thought it would give me a good starting point. Did a 1 mile warm up with Ericka and her friend and then saw Melody, we all headed over to the start. 1-6:32 didn't feel to bad 2-7:18 oh this mile had some good uphill in it 3-6:31 down to the finish I can do this .1-:42 okay need to do some work on this distance but I already knew that, and think I am ready to start working at it. SI's feel pretty good so here we go..... 2.5 mile cool down with Melody not sure if I was 3 or 4th overall but one of the two
