I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| took my dog on the trails, they were muddy and a little hard to run. I didn't run the whole time did some walking too, probably ran 4.5 and walked the rest. Feet crampy but pubic bone felt better, went to the chiropractor yesterday hoping that it will help. It is not totally gone and won't be able to run all that much but I will take what I can get. WT upper and abs. |

| School's out for summer! Yay. Was feeling sad I couldn't go run on this beautiful morning. I probably could have handled it just the kids school was so short today I didn't have time. | Took brune down to will's, started with a little walking but that was boring so I started to run. This didn't feel to bad although I am sure it was super slow. My calves and feet were crampy but only did a little bit of walking. Felt better coming down the canyon, calves and feet don't cramp so much and only a little bit of pressure in the pubic bone, |
