Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| 6 miles with my dog on the jogging path. Pubic bone sore, calfs and arches cramping, and tired. Man o man I really don't know how I ran 2 half marathons the way I did cause running seems hard and those seemed a lot easier. WT upper/ abs |

| My pubic bone was sore after running yesterday, I am not sure if this is the end of my running but I hope not. I am just not ready to give it up yet. I think I will just try every other day and see how that works. 50 mins on elliptical. | Comments(1) |

| Took Brune out for an easy run. I found my belly band and tried that to see if it lessens the pubic bone pain. It was a little better and had times were I couldn't feel it at all, but I still think I will have to cut back on the running. Came home and did 20 mins on the elliptical and weights upper. |

| Met Ericka at Vivian Park to run with her for the end of her long run. She started up at Wallsberg in the cold snowy wind. Was pretty sore in the pubic bone and groin. Avg. pace 8:50 |
