| Changing your form is frustrating stuff..50 mins on the bike followed by 3 miles of feeling like I don't know how to run. I don't know what's happened to me to make my form so off. Did barefoot strides and that felt good, nice and fluid. Maybe I'll just become one of those crazy barefoot runners. Who thinks I can run a sub-3 marathon barefoot?? Not me

I was dieing to keep up. 8:17 avg pace it is crazy how fast it goes. Ankle did okay I think the kinvaras work better with the new inserts I got, they don't fit very well into the zumis

| Did yoga with my mom then ran with Marie 3.5 and finished with barefoot strides on the grass. It was cold and raining so my feet got cold but it felt good to run fast, barefoot in the grass. Ankle is up and down yesterday it felt great and is a little more sore today but that is how injury healing goes.
