Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

Easy run with Ericka in the rain, felt sore and tired at first but felt fine after warming up. 8:56 On a side not I didn't make it into SG marathon but thats ok there are lots more out there. I think I will do Pocatello with Melody and may Boston next year.

I felt like death and probably shouldn't have gone out today. I had a really bad tummy ache last night and diarrhea this morning. But I was board so I took my son in the jogger. Pace was slow and even walked at the top of uv. pkwy hill. I never walk....oh well. weight down to 129 |

| Woke up early and felt better, met at Marie's to run. Did 1.5 before everyone came but could tell I was still very tired. felt super crapy 8:40 |

| The stomach bug wiped me out, I should have taken the last two days off. STUPID ME. Stomach feels better and no more diarrhea, decided to do an easy 5 miles and crosstrain. Left hammy has been tight from saturdays run. Plus DR. B told me I need to be biking more to help build core strength. So after running I biked for 35 mins. Did delts, bi's and tri's too plus pilates legs. 8:58 |

Met Michelle, Mckenzie, and Aubury at the mouth of the canyon to run. I wanted a 3 mile marathon pace tempo (which I want to be around a 7:30ish pace). We ran mid 8's on the way up which was a little faster than I was use to and right around 7:30's coming down. the 5 on the way down were 7:46, 7:27, 7:15, 7:30, 7:27. A really good run for me:) Came home and did ab ripper x with Ericka and pilates leg then stretching. 1:20:34/8:00 mv
