I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| HIIT
My legs are burnt toast but that's how the life of a distance runner goes. I did this same workout a month ago aftet having a bad half so why not do it again? I did them faster last time but still did decent times. Met melody, Julie, and Melanie at TV warmed up 2 miles and then did 4xmile downhill with 1/2 mile uphill rest (which doesn't feel like a rest) RC 2x 6:01, 6:07 quads really dead/tired so have no push in them, MTC 6:04, 6:12. Then back to the cars

| Finally had a half way decent long run. Met Mac, Aubs, Rachelle, & Amber down in Payson and we drove up the canyon about 7 miles so the 1st 5 where down hill and the. A rolling down to flat to finish the last couple up. Was tired by the finish but felt decent.
