I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

Still not feeling great but better than yesterday I took the dog out and then finished up with the baby. stretching I am making this week a recovery week, I am feeling warn down. |

Went early and did speed on the track 5x400, still feeling a little under the weather but not to bad. Warmed up 2 miles to the track and did every other lap hard. 1-1:39 2-1:40 3-1:39 4-1:40 5-1:33 felt good with this and then ran home. After taking the kids to school did 35 mins of pilates core and legs plus stretching. P.M. 30 min ultimate ball workout

5 very easy p.m. 35 mins of circuit inferno with my hubby. these evening workouts are hard because I am soooooo tired but I do them because my husband is doing them and I like that.

| Started today thinking it was going to be an easy 5. then Ericka told me she might not be here tomorrow so I thought we could make it 8 and do 5 tomorrow then she would get a longer run in. We went up the canyon with the jogger, it was so nice and warm....love it! |

Met Luz up at the parking lot above the soccer park to run on the trails. We did the water tower trail, it was just a beautiful morning. We brought the dogs and they enjoyed themselves as well. Good times. Feel nice and rested and ready to train hard for another 3 week cycle. |
