Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Went to the gym and did 3 miles on the treadmill, 30 mins on the elliptical, and 30 mins of pool running. Felt pretty good, no sciatic pain just tight medial hamstring and adductor but getting better. |

| Did the elliptical at home and then took my dog out for a little run. Adductor and hammy was buggy:( so I didn't go as long as I would have liked. I swear I can't catch a break! Yoga |

| Went to the gym and did 30 mins on the elliptical and then pool ran for 50 mins. I figured out how to get your legs to burn in the pool. You act like you are sprinting as you push backwards with your arms (like you are pushing into a wall but with action). This makes it twice as hard to make yourself go forward. This made my leg burn as if I where doing sprints, I have never felt that pool running. It was great. | Comments(6) |

| Went to the gym and did the elliptical for 35 mins. alternating between sprints and backwards. Then I ran for 2 miles legs felt good but sore from the massage I got last night. Then I pool ran for 35 mins doing sprints. Arms are more tired, yesterday on the elliptical I used weights and the different way of pool running is a workout for the arms as well. Good day. |

| I went out in the cold, wind, and snow. It was great! I just ran really easy but it felt good to go outside. Then I came home for 30 mins on the elliptical. |
