I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| 16 weeks of half ironman training starts now. That means running less and biking/swimmimg more, this is a hard one for me....my true love is running but I am super excited to finally mark this one off my bucket list!

| This was by far the hardest 5k I've ever done. Warmed up 1.5 miles with ericka ran the race not trained for speed or hills so this was tough and I didn't do as good as I thought I would but oh well I really don't care at this point. Cooled down with ericka
