Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. | This week is a recovery week so I'm scaling things way down plus my foot is acting up so hopefully the mileage cut will help that out.
Did 35 mins of spin and then ran out in the warm sunshine 8:08 avg pace.

i don't know what to think about my foot... Guess I'll take a few days off and be super aggressive with treating it and hope for the best. Super bummed that my body won't let me go over 50 miles a week.

| Met Rebecca and amanda at vasa and ran over to do the MTC mile backwards so up hill, did that 2x then the temple mile then the last one 8th south hill so 4 total. My foot is feeling so so. I have had dr Bennet and dr brady work on it as my own daily therapy and it didn't hurt but was a little sore after. I feel like I've been set back 2 months with it, where it's not bad it's still there and a worry and I'm back to doing daily care for it:( oh well thus the life of a marathoner.
8:07 avg
HIIT then bike 25 mins while doing some upper body weights
