I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Ran on the treadmill for 1.5 miles, decided I would build up really slow and see if my sciatic handles that. It has felt better this weekend. Then I did 30 mins on the elliptical and 20 mins of pool running followed by swimming for 20 mins. | Comments(4) |

Went to the rec center and did 2 miles easy, sciatic was good but could feel it just a hair after. Then I biked for 15 mins, which might have been why I could feel the sciatic. Then I did the elliptical for 35 mins and lifted upper/lower and abs/back. pm stretching |

| Went to the gym today, didn't feel that great. No morning sickness yet just tired and don't feel good when I get hot. But I ran 2 miles on the TM, 15 mins on the elliptical, 35 mins of pool running and 6 laps of swimming. I felt a lot better in the pool because it kept me nice and cool. Sciatic is not bad but can feel it just a bit, also feel stuff in the hammy and adductor on the same side. I have had that along with the sciatic I think they are related, like brother and sister. |
