Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 29, 21, 15 a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| 45 on elliptical with 35 med to hard then 15 on bike while lifting upper body then stretched. The running doesn't seem to be aggravating the sciatic so I will begin a very slow work up of miles. I like the zero drop shoes. | | Comments(3) |

| I started the bike and did a pretty hard workout on that for 45 mins then did 15 on the elliptical easy then I went out for a 1.5 and ran a whole mile in 9:27 amazing I know! Anyway the sciatic is still feeling good so I will keep on doing it. |

Started with 40 mins on the elliptical med and then went out for 2.2 miles running 2 miles at a 9:30 pace! WOW it felt good stretching Now that I have made it 2 miles I plan on running 2 miles 5days next week and see how I handle that.
