Supreme 90 back and bi's 30 mins on the elliptical Almost made it a week with out running, one more day. I can do it although I really want to run tomorrow. Has been good for me to take this week off running. I have thought a lot about what I need to do to run a better marathon. Going back to what I know works for me that means not getting caught up in high mileage (back just does not handle it and I can't run as well) but add in cross training in to get in the time need to build endurance. Eat a good clean diet, food seems to really effect me and I know what works for me and what doesn't. Finally get my shorter races faster, after I do this I am allowed to run a marathon.
