Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got a huge snow storm last night and this morning but that is not why I didn't go out.  I didn't go out because I feel worn down and tired so I slept in and did the bike for 30 mins and the elliptical for 30 mins.  Felt good doing that and then lifted upper and abs/back.

still a wise reason for not going out but a good excuse to run REEEAAAALLLL slow and do weird leg maneuvers like at a high school football practice :D. Sleeping in sounds so lovely. Good job!!

PS I am having serious doubts about the 20 miler this Saturday unless we made it a duathlon-- run on the TM then run the roads then run the TM then run the roads. Otherwise the roads will take us over 3 hours. Whatever. What do you think?

We could do a TM marathon. I don't have a membership to any gyms, I usually just go to the Orem Fitness Center.

Okay the TM marathon it is. What time does the Orem Rec center open? Do they have good TMs? And are they still in hallway out front? We could add in some track miles to break the monotony. The PG rec is nice the TMs are mediocre but new and not crowded (but oh perhaps it will be being Jan. 2nd). It is $3 for the pass. It opens at 6am. Wait got to check on this time thing. Saturdays there are different hours.

Ridiculous. It opens at 8am!!!!! Got to start earlier. I guess people sleep in on Saturdays.

I know it has always bugged me how it opens later on saturdays. i was thinking we could start early say 6:30 and run 10 before and then 10 on the treadmill. The Orem fitness center has some really good TM, some good ones and some that are old. So I know you have to get there early if you want a good one.

Check with some vitamin D and a sunlamp 15 minutes a day. I know the winter blahs always start to hit me about this time of year...
