Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Took my car down to the fix it shop.  I just paid 800 buck to put a new radiator in (and brakes) and it over heated last night driving around to look at lights.  Geez that really pisses me off.  So anyways I ran home with my dog 6 miles and then added on 2 more by myself.  Air quality is horrible I could taste it.

I'm coughing after my run this morning. It's nasty.

I now I was wheezy during mine. You just feel like you can't get a full breath. The only reason I hate winters in Utah.

sorry about the 800 dollars that is so major, like two garmins and a pair of running shoes major. We paid 411 dollars for our furnace 2 weeks ago and then I told my husband forget the garmin, I don't want one now. They charged us 60 hour for going to get the part for us and they were our neighbors!! Then 60/ hour to put it in. Totally feel your frustration. Money is not falling from trees. I didn't notice the pollution today at 930 am but I sure did on Saturday. The inversion here is scary. Perhaps that's how I got my sore throat (after Saturday's long run). Hope you are feeling well :D otherwise.

Julie maybe it was worse cause I was running down by the freeway. I went at 8, it did look a little better later on.

That's rough, Josse. I just paid $750 to get my stupid fridge fixed and then $250 for my oven. Why do things have to break down?

I hope your air gets cleaned out soon.

Jon and I were talking about the inversions you all get today on our run...sounds nasty!

Got you all beat, just paid more than all yours put together for a new furnace! Only silver lining is the tax credit I will get on the tax return!

Merry Christmas!

Oh I saw the inversion you were breathing in when I drove up to Cedar Hills. On the way back I looked over at Provo/Orem and boy was it gross. BTW what is that smoke stack always going down south in Provo, Springville area? It is sending out a huge inversion-like cloud. I suppose it was gross here I was just in it. But probably not as bad for me today. Yuck!!

car repairs are the pits, and to have them around the holidays makes it even worse! :) hopefully it'll all be working fine soon!
