Went to the rec today and did the elliptical for 20 mins. then I ran on the treadmill, I wasn't sure how far I was going to go, it would just depend on how the back felt. Yesterday it was super sore. But it felt good, I was going to pool run too but I forgot to bring my swimsuit so that blew that plan. Then I did weights upper and lower and abs/back. Went to Marv again after the work out and worked on my problem areas. Wasn't as bad today and he got some good movement out of that right SI and lower lumbar again. |
