Well I don't know what to say because of course I would have liked to be faster but in reality I think I ran good for the lack of training I have had this year. So I think I can be happy with my time. The race started 30 mins late and it was warm which was an issue for me at the end. I ran well until about 10 miles and then it was a gradual body shut down. splits 1-6:37 2-6:34 3-6:33 4-6:20 5-6:45 6-6:47 7-6:53 8-6:49 9-7:15 10-7:01 11-7:40 12-7:31 13-7:45 .1-:44 Finished just pooped, the last 3 were extreamly hard for me, it was hot, legs didn't want to go and mentally I was done. PM-Was feeling somewhat frustrated, just because I gave up at the end so I got on my bike for 30 mins. I figured I needed a cool down, I didn't do one after the race. Worked things out in my head, yes I am still frustrated but I really had nothing in my legs in the end. I only have 5 good week of training behind me. Only 6 weeks till SGM I don't know about this?
