I am not getting enough sleep lately and it is starting to show in my faster workouts. I got up and 4:30 to meet early at Sasha's to get some miles in before we started, Michelle joined me after about a mile. Michelle was doing 3x2 miles, which is what I had anticipated, but had to be home early. I did 2x2, opted out of the last one because I was not able to hold a decent pace on the 2nd. Now I wish I would have at least done a mile or something. 11.4

Pm-went to the park and ran barefoot 2 miles and then 1.5 on the road. Felt good. took a 1 hour nap today, oh heaven. |
