Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up early again and did an out and back form my house.  Ran super easy with no watch.  Then I took my kiddies to the hot air ballons, one of my favorite 4th of July traditions.

Josse--I noticed on the discussion board that you deal with SI and back issues, which I struggle with too. What do you do for them? What are the best stretches? Thanks.

Cheryl-I have to see a chiro a couple of times a year (I see nucca-chiroprators)and massage every other week. I also do daily stretches, alot of yoga type stretches. I bought a book several years ago that has saved my life called power yoga by Beryl Bender Birch. One of my favorite stretchs for that area is one where you are facing dwon on the floor. You have one leg up in front of you at a 90 degree angle and the other is stretched out in back of you. It is very important to be centered over you hips and not leaning to one side. I hope this makes sence and helps:)

Thanks, Josse, that does help. That yoga pose sounds like the pigeon to me. Is that right?
