I had a dream last night that I got up and ran today and I was so mad because I really like taking sundays off guilt free. And now I would have to wait another week for sunday to come around. I was relieved when I woke up and it was still sunday and I hadn't ran.
This week starts another 3 week building cycle before another recovery week. I am still not sure if I am going to race on the 4th or not. I want to but I don't think my husband wants me to so we will see. Plan on 65-70 miles this week, sprinkled with lots of stretching. |
