Man marathon training is tiring and my legs are feeling it, both Rebecca and and myself where not in the mood to do a workout but we reminded ourselves that this is how it is training with high miles so we went over to the track, after a 3 mile warmup in the wind we ended up at the track with a bad wind. Ugh same as last week, we agreed to try and see how we felt because most of the time we will come out of the funk and have a good workout.
