Got up early and ran the CC loop from my house, it felt and looked like winter. This loop has some good up hill in it, which I want to start adding to my training. Ran mostly in the 8:30's except the up hill portions which was in the upper 9's. After taking the kids to school did pilates legs, ball squats, and lat pull downs. 8:57 My plan for this month is to get a little faster on my normal runs and to have my mileage be in the 40's.
