I was feeling a little discouraged last night, left SI was just throbbing and both shins are sore. I am just so sick of hurting. So this makes me mad at my orthotics, this is why I didn't want them. Every time I get them they seem to make my problem areas worse! So I don't know what I should do, I have been using them sense Nov. so you would think my body would be use to them and I am really not running that many miles. I just don't know?? I met Ericka and my dog today for a nice little run. We started together and ran the first mile and a half then I pulled ahead. I turned after 3 miles, was tired on the way up but felt better on the way back. Then we came to my house and did some yoga and I finished with 40 mins on the elliptical.
