Ericka came down and we drove up the canyon and did 3xmile with a 3 min jogging recovery, this was hard for many many reasons-1st real workout of the season, chest cold, tired legs and the list goes on. I have a lot of work to do to get my speed back and that's hard when your training for a half ironman and biking a lot too. But I am liking the training so oh well. 6:43, 6:50, 6:55.
