Met Rebecca at the SFH to do a tempo, being sick and not eating much I wasn't sure how I would do. Goal was 3 miles at 6:50-7 pace. Did a 2 miles WU and then started 6:50, 6:55 then I needed a drink and so I stopped and got one jogged a bit and did one more mile at 6:46. Could feel my lack of calories and was dehydrated but i did it. Then ran some more for 7 miles total HIIT- 4x 50 sec on 15 off of ax chopper split jump to jump w/10lb weight lift over head sissy squats mountain climbers ball hammy curls fore arm ball planks |
